By using woowtools.com (“WoowTools”, the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

WoowTools offers free online tools, including image resizing, compression and conversion, text utilities, developer and CSS tools, calculators, SEO and social media helpers, design tools and a logo maker. Most tools run entirely in your browser. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, or to process content you do not have the right to use
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or reverse engineer the Service or its infrastructure
• use the tools to create content that infringes others' rights, is defamatory, or promotes violence or hate
• misrepresent content created with our tools as official material of a brand or organisation

Your content

You keep all rights to the files and text you use with the tools. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive or store that content. You are responsible for having the rights needed to edit and use it.

Logo maker and brand-inspired templates

Logo maker templates are inspired by well-known visual styles for creative, educational and personal use. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners, and WoowTools is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Do not use generated designs in a way that suggests an official connection with a brand, or register them as trademarks where they resemble existing marks.

Our intellectual property

The WoowTools name, logo, website design and code are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except as allowed by law.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to make every tool accurate, but we do not guarantee that results (for example conversions, calculations, SEO checks or password strength estimates) are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Always check important results and keep a copy of your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WoowTools is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party links and services

The Service may link to or load content from third parties (for example ads, analytics or public content delivery networks). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
